تُستخدم هذه الخدمة لاستقبال رسائل العملاء على حسابات المتاجر (إنستغرام وتيليغرام وغيرهما) والرد عليها وإتمام الطلبات.
البيانات التي نعالجها: معرّف المستخدم في المنصة (وليس بريده أو كلمة مروره)، نص الرسائل لغرض الرد، وبيانات الطلب التي يدخلها العميل بنفسه في صفحة الطلب (الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان) لغرض تجهيز الطلب وتوصيله.
بيانات حساب المتجر: اسم صاحب المتجر وبريده الإلكتروني لإدارة الحساب والتواصل.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا مع المتجر الذي تطلب منه.

This service receives customer messages on store accounts (Instagram, Telegram, ...), replies to them and processes orders.
Data processed: the platform user id (not email or password), message text used to reply, and order details the customer enters on the order page (name, phone, address) to fulfil and deliver the order.
Store account data: the store owner's name and email, used to manage the account and to contact you.
We do not sell personal data and share it only with the store the customer orders from.
